This is an excellent toy and has not been used by my little girl, as was an unwanted present so it is as new...it is fully re chargeable and comes with the charger, it says from 18 months but i would say its more for a 2-3 year old...wonderful toy and runs well on grass or pavement please contact me with any queries claire
